Superb
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Zurich Flight & 3-Night Stay pairs a return Economy Value flight into Zurich with 3 nights in a deluxe room at a centrally placed property, so the two decisions that make a trip are taken once. The room is held from the day the flight lands and for 3 nights afterwards, and both halves are reserved in the same transaction: if either is unavailable, neither is sold, so nobody is left holding a flight without a room. Both the fare and the rate are refundable on the terms shown, so the package can be cancelled as one item.

Would book again
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Superb
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
