Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 29 days, and the minivan class takes 7 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Zagreb and the roads out of it.

Highly recommend
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Disappointing
Underwhelming for the price. There are better options in the same area. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Highly recommend
A highlight of the trip. I have already recommended it to two friends who are visiting next month. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
