Excellent
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 17 days, and the estate car class takes 5 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Washington and the roads out of it.

Better than expected
Booked this for our anniversary and it exceeded expectations. Would do it again without hesitation. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Would book again
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
