Superb
Booked this for our anniversary and it exceeded expectations. Would do it again without hesitation. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

About this experience
Collect the car at the station forecourt desk — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 20 days, and the compact SUV class takes 5 people and 3 suitcases, which is the right size for Washington and the roads out of it.

Not as described
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Worth it, just about
Fine for the price. I would probably book a smaller group next time. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Excellent
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
