Not as described
Not what was advertised. The description promised more than the experience delivered. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

About this experience
Collect the car at the arrivals hall hire desk — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 27 days, and the full-size SUV class takes 5 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Vilnius and the roads out of it.

Better than expected
One of the best experiences of our trip. Everything ran on time and the staff were genuinely helpful. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

A real highlight
Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

A real highlight
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
