Better than expected
One of the best experiences of our trip. Everything ran on time and the staff were genuinely helpful. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Valencia Flight & 5-Night Stay pairs a return Premium economy flight into Valencia with 5 nights in a deluxe room at a centrally placed property, so the two decisions that make a trip are taken once. The room is held from the day the flight lands and for 5 nights afterwards, and both halves are reserved in the same transaction: if either is unavailable, neither is sold, so nobody is left holding a flight without a room. Both the fare and the rate are refundable on the terms shown, so the package can be cancelled as one item.

Would not repeat
Poorly organised on the day. The staff seemed unsure of the schedule themselves. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Disappointing
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Superb
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
