Below expectations
Poorly organised on the day. The staff seemed unsure of the schedule themselves. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

About this experience
Collect the car at the station forecourt desk — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 19 days, and the minivan class takes 7 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Tunis and the roads out of it.

Good, with caveats
Good value, though the timing was tight and we felt a bit rushed at the end. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

A real highlight
Beautiful setting and very well run. The timing gave us plenty of room to explore at our own pace. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Would book again
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.
