Excellent
Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the arrivals hall hire desk — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 26 days, and the compact SUV class takes 5 people and 3 suitcases, which is the right size for Tokyo and the roads out of it.

Exactly as described. The booking was confirmed within minutes and the voucher arrived straight away. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Better than expected
One of the best experiences of our trip. Everything ran on time and the staff were genuinely helpful. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Would not repeat
Underwhelming for the price. There are better options in the same area. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
