Better than expected
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 22 days, and the economy car class takes 5 people and 2 suitcases, which is the right size for Tel Aviv and the roads out of it.

Would book again
Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Better than expected
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Pleasant but busy
Solid experience. Nothing went wrong, though nothing stood out either. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
