Below expectations
Charged extra on arrival for luggage that the listing said was included. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Better than expected
Our flight landed eighty minutes late and the driver had tracked it — no charge for the wait. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Fine overall
Comfortable ride. The car was clean but the air conditioning was weak. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.
