Disappointing
Charged extra on arrival for luggage that the listing said was included. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Better than expected
Our flight landed eighty minutes late and the driver had tracked it — no charge for the wait. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Excellent
The child seat was fitted and ready, and the driver waited while we settled the children in. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.
