Better than expected
Exactly as described. Check-in took a few minutes and our bags were taken up for us. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Decent experience
Reasonably good. Check-in was slow and we waited about half an hour. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Better than expected
Booked this for our anniversary and the hotel left a note and a plate of fruit in the room. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Excellent
Quiet at night, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Everything you want from a hotel room. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
