Superb
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

About this experience
Santiago Flight & 5-Night Stay pairs a return Premium economy flight into Santiago with 5 nights in a deluxe room at a centrally placed property, so the two decisions that make a trip are taken once. The room is held from the day the flight lands and for 5 nights afterwards, and both halves are reserved in the same transaction: if either is unavailable, neither is sold, so nobody is left holding a flight without a room. Both the fare and the rate are refundable on the terms shown, so the package can be cancelled as one item.

Fine overall
Pleasant enough. The guide was knowledgeable but the group was larger than advertised. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Excellent
Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
