Superb
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 19 days, and the economy car class takes 5 people and 2 suitcases, which is the right size for Santiago and the roads out of it.

A real highlight
Exactly as described. The booking was confirmed within minutes and the voucher arrived straight away. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Excellent
Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
