Would book again
Exactly as described. The booking was confirmed within minutes and the voucher arrived straight away. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Not as described
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.
