Below expectations
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Collect the car at the arrivals hall hire desk — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 20 days, and the compact SUV class takes 5 people and 3 suitcases, which is the right size for Panama City and the roads out of it.

Not as described
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

A real highlight
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Would book again
Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.
