Disappointing
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Squeezed it in around a work trip and it was worth the time.

Disappointing
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Squeezed it in around a work trip and it was worth the time.

A real highlight
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. The children loved it, which is the real test.

Worth it, just about
Enjoyed it, but the meeting point could be clearer — we walked past it twice. Went as a group of four and everyone was happy.
