Superb
One of the best experiences of our trip. Everything ran on time and the staff were genuinely helpful. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 21 days, and the compact SUV class takes 5 people and 3 suitcases, which is the right size for Nairobi and the roads out of it.

Excellent
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

A real highlight
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Would book again
Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
