Highly recommend

Good value for the route. We compared a few airlines and this was the best fare for the timings. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Excellent

Premium economy was worth the extra for the legroom on a night flight. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Pleasant but busy

Good flight overall, though we boarded late and left the gate about twenty minutes behind schedule. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.
