Superb
Immaculate throughout. Housekeeping was thorough and never intrusive. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Excellent
Wonderful stay. The staff went out of their way to help us plan the days. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Not as described
Not as described. The city view looked onto a courtyard wall. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

A real highlight
The room was ready early, which made a real difference after a long flight. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
