Not as described
Would not book again. We were moved off the flight at the gate and rebooked without an explanation. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

Better than expected
Good value for the route. We compared a few airlines and this was the best fare for the timings. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

Would book again
A member of the cabin crew helped my mother with her hand luggage without being asked. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.
