Superb
Booked this for our anniversary and it exceeded expectations. Would do it again without hesitation. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the city-centre depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 27 days, and the compact car class takes 5 people and 2 suitcases, which is the right size for Miami and the roads out of it.

Highly recommend
One of the best experiences of our trip. Everything ran on time and the staff were genuinely helpful. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

A real highlight
Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Fine overall
Good value, though the timing was tight and we felt a bit rushed at the end. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
