A real highlight
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 23 days, and the full-size SUV class takes 5 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Mexico City and the roads out of it.

Excellent
Beautiful setting and very well run. The timing gave us plenty of room to explore at our own pace. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Not as described
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Disappointing
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
