Disappointing
Poorly organised on the day. The staff seemed unsure of the schedule themselves. Went with my partner and we both enjoyed it.

Would book again
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Squeezed it in around a work trip and it was worth the time.

Worth it, just about
Good value, though the timing was tight and we felt a bit rushed at the end. The children loved it, which is the real test.

Better than expected
A highlight of the trip. I have already recommended it to two friends who are visiting next month. Travelled on my own and felt completely comfortable.
