Would not repeat
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 18 days, and the compact car class takes 5 people and 2 suitcases, which is the right size for Madrid and the roads out of it.

Better than expected
A highlight of the trip. I have already recommended it to two friends who are visiting next month. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Better than expected
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

A real highlight
Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
