Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. The children loved it, which is the real test.
14 found this helpful · ReportOne well-chosen day in Luang Prabang: monks collecting alms at dawn where two rivers meet. Six guests at most, two specialists, and a private version if you would rather have it to yourselves.
Most days in Luang Prabang are spent deciding what to do. This one is already decided: a small group of six, two specialists who know the city, and a day built around the things worth doing rather than the things worth photographing. It finishes with a long lunch somewhere you would not find on your own.
