Superb
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Collect the car at the north-side depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 15 days, and the full-size SUV class takes 5 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for London and the roads out of it.

Superb
One of the best experiences of our trip. Everything ran on time and the staff were genuinely helpful. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

Below expectations
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Excellent
Beautiful setting and very well run. The timing gave us plenty of room to explore at our own pace. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
