Better than expected
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Went as a group of four and everyone was happy.

About this experience
The Viking Star is one of the smaller vessels in the Viking fleet, which is why it can reach the places the big ships cannot. Every cabin is a suite with a private veranda, there is a host on every deck, and the itinerary runs Lima, a fjord, a Mediterranean port, a wine island, Monaco, Barcelona.

Worth it, just about
Good value, though the timing was tight and we felt a bit rushed at the end. Went as a group of four and everyone was happy.
