Below expectations
Poorly organised on the day. The staff seemed unsure of the schedule themselves. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the station forecourt desk — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 19 days, and the full-size SUV class takes 5 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Lima and the roads out of it.

Would book again
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Would book again
Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Better than expected
A highlight of the trip. I have already recommended it to two friends who are visiting next month. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
