Better than expected
Met us outside the terminal rather than in a car park, which made the arrival easy. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Private airport transfer — KTM to central Kathmandu covers the whole run in both directions: the driver meets you in the arrivals hall of KTM with a board carrying your name, drives your party into central Kathmandu in one vehicle, and collects you again for the return. The airport is about 4.1 km from the centre — roughly 20 minutes in normal traffic — and the fare covers the vehicle, not each passenger, so a group of four pays the same as one. Your flight number is tracked, so a late landing moves the pickup rather than costing you the car.

Excellent
Our flight landed eighty minutes late and the driver had tracked it — no charge for the wait. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Would book again
The driver was waiting in arrivals with our name on a board and walked us out to the car. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Better than expected
Booked a van for five people and four large cases. Everything fitted with room to spare. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
