Decent experience
Good overall, though it was busier than I expected. Still glad we went. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the city-centre depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 27 days, and the compact car class takes 5 people and 2 suitcases, which is the right size for Jakarta and the roads out of it.

Superb
One of the best experiences of our trip. Everything ran on time and the staff were genuinely helpful. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Below expectations
Underwhelming for the price. There are better options in the same area. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Highly recommend
A highlight of the trip. I have already recommended it to two friends who are visiting next month. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
