Not as described
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Collect the car at the north-side depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 23 days, and the convertible class takes 4 people and 1 suitcases, which is the right size for Jakarta and the roads out of it.

Exactly as described. The booking was confirmed within minutes and the voucher arrived straight away. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
