Below expectations
Not what was advertised. The description promised more than the experience delivered. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 14 days, and the premium car class takes 5 people and 3 suitcases, which is the right size for Jaipur and the roads out of it.

Excellent
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Better than expected
Booked this for our anniversary and it exceeded expectations. Would do it again without hesitation. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
