Below expectations
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the city-centre depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 19 days, and the convertible class takes 4 people and 1 suitcases, which is the right size for Hong Kong and the roads out of it.

Excellent
Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Decent experience
Solid experience. Nothing went wrong, though nothing stood out either. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
