Excellent
Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

About this experience
Collect the car at the arrivals hall hire desk — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 13 days, and the convertible class takes 4 people and 1 suitcases, which is the right size for Helsinki and the roads out of it.

Not as described
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Superb
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Not as described
Not what was advertised. The description promised more than the experience delivered. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.
