Better than expected
Booked this for our anniversary and it exceeded expectations. Would do it again without hesitation. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

About this experience
Collect the car at the arrivals hall hire desk — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 11 days, and the compact car class takes 5 people and 2 suitcases, which is the right size for Havana and the roads out of it.

Decent experience
Reasonably good. Booking was easy, the experience itself was average. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Disappointing
Not what was advertised. The description promised more than the experience delivered. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
