Better than expected
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Collect the car at the city-centre depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 21 days, and the convertible class takes 4 people and 1 suitcases, which is the right size for Hanoi and the roads out of it.

Would book again
Beautiful setting and very well run. The timing gave us plenty of room to explore at our own pace. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
