Would book again
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

About this experience
Collect the car at the north-side depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 24 days, and the economy car class takes 5 people and 2 suitcases, which is the right size for Hamburg and the roads out of it.

Better than expected
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Excellent
Beautiful setting and very well run. The timing gave us plenty of room to explore at our own pace. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Below expectations
Disappointing. We waited over half an hour past the scheduled start with no explanation. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
