Not as described
Poorly organised on the day. The staff seemed unsure of the schedule themselves. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 21 days, and the convertible class takes 4 people and 1 suitcases, which is the right size for Hamburg and the roads out of it.

A real highlight
Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.
