Below expectations
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Collect the car at the station forecourt desk — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 18 days, and the compact car class takes 5 people and 2 suitcases, which is the right size for Guam and the roads out of it.

Excellent
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

A real highlight
Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Disappointing
Not what was advertised. The description promised more than the experience delivered. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
