Highly recommend
Booked last minute and it still went perfectly. Confirmation was instant and the instructions were clear. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Collect the car at the city-centre depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 3 to 23 days, and the full-size SUV class takes 5 people and 4 suitcases, which is the right size for Frankfurt and the roads out of it.

Not as described
Poorly organised on the day. The staff seemed unsure of the schedule themselves. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

Excellent
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

A real highlight
Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
