Better than expected
One of the best experiences of our trip. Everything ran on time and the staff were genuinely helpful. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

About this experience
Collect the car at the north-side depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 4 to 16 days, and the compact SUV class takes 5 people and 3 suitcases, which is the right size for Frankfurt and the roads out of it.

Excellent
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Better than expected
A highlight of the trip. I have already recommended it to two friends who are visiting next month. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
