A real highlight
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

About this experience
Florence Flight & 5-Night Stay pairs a return Premium economy flight into Florence with 5 nights in a deluxe room at a centrally placed property, so the two decisions that make a trip are taken once. The room is held from the day the flight lands and for 5 nights afterwards, and both halves are reserved in the same transaction: if either is unavailable, neither is sold, so nobody is left holding a flight without a room. Both the fare and the rate are refundable on the terms shown, so the package can be cancelled as one item.

Exactly as described. The booking was confirmed within minutes and the voucher arrived straight away. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Highly recommend
One of the best experiences of our trip. Everything ran on time and the staff were genuinely helpful. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

Excellent
Worth every penny. We had looked at a few options and this was clearly the right one. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
