Disappointing
Not what was advertised. The description promised more than the experience delivered. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 17 days, and the compact SUV class takes 5 people and 3 suitcases, which is the right size for Florence and the roads out of it.

Would book again
Exactly as described. The booking was confirmed within minutes and the voucher arrived straight away. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Fine overall
Pleasant enough. The guide was knowledgeable but the group was larger than advertised. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

A real highlight
Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
