Fine overall
Fine for the price. We had to find the meeting point ourselves, with two arrivals halls to choose from. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Private airport transfer — FLR to central Florence covers the whole run in both directions: the driver meets you in the arrivals hall of FLR with a board carrying your name, drives your party into central Florence in one vehicle, and collects you again for the return. The airport is about 6.1 km from the centre — roughly 22 minutes in normal traffic — and the fare covers the vehicle, not each passenger, so a group of four pays the same as one. Your flight number is tracked, so a late landing moves the pickup rather than costing you the car.

Would book again
Efficient and quiet. We slept most of the way and were woken at the hotel. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Below expectations
Advertised as meet and greet, but we walked to the far end of the car park on our own. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Excellent
The child seat was fitted and ready, and the driver waited while we settled the children in. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
