Better than expected

Fine overall
Good vehicle and the price was as quoted, but the pickup point was a walk from the doors. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Would not repeat
Advertised as meet and greet, but we walked to the far end of the car park on our own. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.

Below expectations
Charged extra on arrival for luggage that the listing said was included. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.
