Disappointing
Not what was advertised. The cabin grade we were given was not the one we booked. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Superb
Smooth from start to finish. Our bags were in the cabin before we were. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

Would book again
The expedition team was excellent — knowledgeable and genuinely interested. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.
