Disappointing
Would not book again. The cancellation terms were also stricter than I realised at checkout. Squeezed it in around a work trip and it was worth the time.

Excellent
Smooth from start to finish. No queues, no confusion, and the guide knew the area inside out. Squeezed it in around a work trip and it was worth the time.

Would book again
Great value for what you get. The small group size made a real difference. The children loved it, which is the real test.

Worth it, just about
Enjoyed it, but the meeting point could be clearer — we walked past it twice. Travelled on my own and felt completely comfortable.
