Fine overall
Enjoyed it, but the meeting point could be clearer — we walked past it twice. Went as a group of four and everyone was satisfied.

About this experience
Collect the car at the downtown depot — no shuttle, no queue at a remote lot — and drop it back at the same desk. The rate includes unlimited mileage, third-party liability, a collision damage waiver with a stated excess, and a second driver at no extra cost. Hire runs from 5 to 19 days, and the convertible class takes 4 people and 1 suitcases, which is the right size for Dubai and the roads out of it.

Highly recommend
Our guide was excellent — patient with the children and full of stories we would never have found ourselves. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Decent experience
Reasonably good. Booking was easy, the experience itself was average. Travelling with two children, which is the real test.

Excellent
Everything was well organised. The meeting point was easy to find and we started exactly on time. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.
