Below expectations
Advertised as meet and greet, but we walked to the far end of the car park on our own. Travelled on my own and had no trouble at all.

What you’ll do
- One vehicle for your whole party, not per person
- Driver waits in arrivals with a name board
- Tracked against your flight, so a delay is not your problem
- The return leg is booked at the same time
About this experience
Private airport transfer — CHC to central Christchurch covers the whole run in both directions: the driver meets you in the arrivals hall of CHC with a board carrying your name, drives your party into central Christchurch in one vehicle, and collects you again for the return. The airport is about 9.7 km from the centre — roughly 28 minutes in normal traffic — and the fare covers the vehicle, not each passenger, so a group of four pays the same as one. Your flight number is tracked, so a late landing moves the pickup rather than costing you the car.

Pleasant but busy
Reasonably good. The driver was on his phone at points during the drive. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Excellent
The driver took the motorway and we were at the hotel well under the estimated time. Booked it around a work trip and it worked out well.

Excellent
The child seat was fitted and ready, and the driver waited while we settled the children in. Went with my partner and we both came away happy.
